Exton Consulting Group
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
Exton Consulting Group ("ECG", "we", "us") operates this website at extonconsultinggroup.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be plain about what we do.
Information you give us
The only information you actively provide is through our contact / feedback form. When you submit it, we collect the details you choose to enter:
- Inquiry type
- First and last name
- Email address
- Company or organization (optional)
- Subject and message
- Your acknowledgement that the message will be stored so we can respond
Information collected automatically
To keep the contact form reliable and resistant to abuse, each submission includes two technical identifiers generated in your browser: a session identifier (stable for your browser tab) and a per-request identifier (unique to each submission). These are used for traceability and to prevent duplicate submissions. Standard server and content-delivery logs may also record technical details such as IP address, browser type, and time of request for security and operational purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking. The contact form uses your browser's session storage only to hold the session identifier described above. The site loads a web font from Google Fonts. When human verification is enabled, the contact form also loads Cloudflare Turnstile. Requests to those services are subject to their respective privacy practices.
How we use your information
- To read and respond to your message
- To follow up about projects, partnerships, or inquiries you raise
- To protect the form and the site against spam and abuse
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Where your data is stored
The site and its services are operated on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Contact submissions are stored in a protected application database or managed AWS data store used solely for responding to and managing inquiries.
Data retention
We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of correspondence, after which they may be deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted by contacting us at the address below. Because the form is optional, you can also simply choose not to submit it.
Children
This site is intended for a general, professional audience and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
